Take one scoop (5g) in 400ml water 20 minutes before training. Adjust water to taste. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water or performance beverage. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine.

Blue raspberry straight up tastes like blue Powerade! Gives the good ol pre-workout tingles too, def recommend

Good taste and good effect, after a few weeks it started to clump a little bit and wouldn't fully dissolve in water but that didn't have any negative impacts that I noticed
