Free NZ shipping on every order
Every Shotgun order shipped within New Zealand is free, with no minimum spend. Orders are packed in Auckland and sent with NZ Post, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Time frames exclude weekends and public holidays. Deliveries can take a little longer during sales and holiday periods.
International shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia only. Any import duties or taxes charged in Australia are the customer's responsibility. Outside NZ or Australia? Contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Tracking and delivery issues
Track your parcel with the link in your shipping email, or enter your tracking number at nzpost.co.nz. If your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days and we'll open an investigation with NZ Post. Where authority to leave is selected, parcels are left at the customer's own risk.
Returns
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 working days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue (plus the batch and expiry number where relevant). Please keep the product and packaging until we've sorted it out. Returns for incorrect items are free: we'll email you a prepaid NZ Post return label.
Change of mind
Unopened products can be returned for store credit or an exchange if you contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. We can't accept returns on opened products, or items marked Final Sale.
